Mode bistability of plasmons and dispersive jump in a structure with two graphene layers

چکیده
Plasmon modes in a symmetric structure consisting of two layers inverted graphene separated by dielectric barrier layer and their dispersion properties are studied for various parameters the layer. The occurrence bifurcation splitting branch dependence, which leads to appearance bistability jump with change stability branches included bistability, is found. plasmonic belonging bistable state differ gain increment phase velocity, group velocities opposite sign. Keywords: graphene, three-layer structure, branching bifurcation, modal amplifying modes, dependence jump.
